In time for the slalom season all Mistral slalom boards arrived on Maui. Mistral team rider Dan Ellis went out for  a  session with us to evaluate the new Maui Ultra Fins SL 904.

“ Today I tested a Maui Ultra SL904 34 production fin in the 95 fully wound on 7.0. There was a pretty big swell so it was choppy as hell inside at Kanaha and rough on the outside, there we're also some short smooth sections in the troughs so pretty much everything! I was impressed by the fin all around very stable and predictable and not draggy. Felt like it had good acceleration in the flats and nice to change direction at full speed, it really didn't want to spin out even when i tried. I also sailed other fin brands and the MUF felt much nicer and i got better speeds on my GPS. “
